Sabor – all about the flavour
We use some of the finest chocolate from around the world as our key ingredient – Callebaut (Belgium), Luker (Columbia), FireTree (U.K.) and Valrhona (France). Our quality ingredients, including fresh fruit and spices, are sourced locally in Sitges and Barcelona.
The following information will help you identify allergens (in bold) in our products:-
70.5% Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour/extract, may contain milk).
54.5% Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin) natural vanilla flavour/extract, may contain milk).
33.6% Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour).
28% White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, dried cream, lactose (milk), milk whey powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), sunflower lecithin).

MANGO, PASSION FRUIT & LIME

SEA SALTED CARAMEL
33.6% milk chocolate, caramel (butter, unrefined sugar, double cream) salt, coloured cocoa butter (E172, E171).

PEACH MELBA

IMPORTANT NUT NOTE
Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of our hand-crafted chocolates to avoid traces of nuts, nuts are used in the preparation of other products in our kitchen.
